We successfully raise the £2m to build the facility through an Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS)

The composting plant is completed – on time and on budget.

We raise £3.34m in EIS funds for the launch of Earthworm Energy, our solar development business.

We follow Earthworm Energy with Reliance Energy, our back-up power development business, raising £5m in EIS funds.

The original Earthworm composting plant successfully exits at £1.15 per share.

Brand new Earthworm SEIS and EIS funds are launched.

Reale Basil (part of the Earthworm SEIS Fund) submits plans to build the UK’s largest vertical herb and salad farm in Crowland, Lincolnshire.

Earthworm partners with the charity, Solar Aid, which uses solar power to combat poverty and climate change in remote parts of Africa.
